Safety Management System - (SMS)

Course Objectives

Upon completion of the course participants will be able to:

- Describe the fundamental safety management concepts and principles in accordance with ICAO Doc 9859

- Explain safety management responsibilities including the implementation of a state safety program and the requirement for service providers to implement SMS

- Describe implementation and administration of Safety Management System

- Describe Hazard identification and Risk Mitigation

- Explain Safety Performance Indicators and Acceptable Level of Safety Performance
