Basic Safety Management System
Course Aim
The course is designed to provide participants with a fundamental knowledge of the principles, concepts, and requirements of Safety Management Systems (SMS) in accordance with TCAA requirements, ICAO Annex 19 – Safety Management, and ICAO Doc 9859 – Safety Management Manual, enabling the course participants to recognize hazards, safety risks, and contribute effectively to the organization's safety objectives and safety culture.

This course is intended for personnel working in aviation organizations, including safety managers, flight operations staff, pilots, maintenance personnel, airport and ground handling staff, passenger service personnel, security staff, and quality assurance personnel.
Entry Requirements
- Minimum age:18 years
- Holder of successful Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
